It is with great sadness that it is now in the best interests of our amazing patients and our team members to temporarily stop seeing patients within the practice. We understand the difficulty and disappointment that you may feel but please do not worry. Our team are still here to support and guide you remotely and manage any problems you are having with your braces or to answer any questions you have.
This morning has been very emotional as we have said a short term goodbye to our close work family, but when the time comes we will be back better and stronger than before.
We ask that you place your trust in us and await further instruction regarding each individual treatment plan and until notified, carry on as normal, but from here on, until further notice, all appointments are cancelled with a view to resuming as soon as safely possible. We have uploaded a series of videos to our youtube channel on how to solve common brace problems. However please contact us to arrange a virtual consultation for any other queries.
In the meantime we are here to look after you but we ask that you follow our guidance and keep us posted of any difficulties you might be having. We want to reassure you that all cancelled appointments have been dated so that on our return you are seen in the order in which you were cancelled and we ask that you please bear with us upon resuming normal business as we will contact you as soon as we can.
On behalf of all the team at No.1 we would like to wish all of our current and future patients, friends and family good health at this time . We would like to thank you for all your understanding, continual loyalty and support and send huge thanks to all those who are key workers for being on the front line and looking after us.
Absence makes the heart grow fonder and upon our return we welcome you with open arms and will continue with our work in making each and everyone of you smile! Until then please stay safe and stay at home.
Kindest regards No.1 The Orthodontic Specialists
